R. Wayne Richter is the founding partner of Law Offices of R. Wayne Richter, P.A., a firm devoted solely to criminal defense. With more than 22 years of trial experience, Wayne is admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Florida.

Wayne earned his B.A. in Political Science from Florida Southern College in Lakeland and his J.D. from South Texas College of Law–Houston, nationally recognized for its trial advocacy program. He returned to West Palm Beach to begin his legal career, and after 10 successful years with a respected criminal defense firm, he opened his own practice in 2013.

Wayne lives on the Treasure Coast with his wife and three children. He enjoys traveling, spending time on the water, and cheering on the Miami Dolphins.
